We all know the advantage of having others do your marketing for you. Here's a business card that does exactly that, get you leads while you sleep. This article contains a Word Document Template and instructions so you can print your own cards.

Hand out five to everyone you meet. Tell them to write their name and phone number on the card and hand them out to everyone they meet that has a house. If you buy the house you'll give them a finder's fee.

Instructions

1. Download the template file:

2. Open the document in Word.

3. Insert your contact information. You can remove or change the text that doesn't apply to you.

4. Take to your printers or buy Avery Business Card like #8873 or #8371. Or you can just print it on card stock and cut it into 10 cards (this is a great economical way to get a lot of cards out).
