SOCALCIA has closed its doors . . . At least to the public.

For 2011, SOCALCIA is going to be a very small, private, exclusive group of members by “invitation only”.

The primary consideration for membership will be a proven track record of real estate or business success since 2008 (when the market and economy crashed).

I have to warn you . . . it will not be easy to join.

The purpose is to meet at least once monthly and network, mastermind, share ideas, partner, joint venture, synergize, have fun and give back to the community.

We will meet privately behind closed doors in a roundtable setting of approximately 10-20 people. From time-to-time, we will open our doors to the public, share knowledge and wisdom, and seek out new members.

You may bring a spouse or legal business partner (member of same company, LLC, LP, corp, etc).

WHY THE CHANGE?

In December 2010, Dave Stech spoke at our general meeting. He had NO course or seminar to sell. He FREELY gave away his own detailed market analysis information that took him endless hours to compile and build into a presentation. (IN FACT, when he presented this same information on a webinar, an overseas hedge fund manager paid Dave $100,000 to fly half-way around the world just to meet with him).

Even though there was NO admission cost, and Dave sold NOTHING, the turnout was low. (The few who did attend tended to be very successful and took advantage of the opportunity by picking Dave’s brain and asking great questions.)

That’s when I had an epiphany: Imagine the deals we could do, and money we could make (and give) if we had a small room full of successful, experienced, wise “Daves” each month, but without a formal presentation or courses to sell, etc. Instead, we would work together as a group to enhance our successes.

My mentors taught me that “Your NET WORTH = Your NETWORK” and “You are who you rub shoulders with”. To stay true to that philosophy, SOCALCIA will now been known as an exclusive group of highly successful investors and entrepreneurs. (Mostly but not exclusively real estate).

I worked hard in 2010 to foster relationships with the biggest, most successful hundred-million and billion dollar business organizations and minds in the Nation (or their direct advisors), such as Trump, Maloofs, Gene Simmons, Bill Richardson (he built many of the mega casinos on the Vegas strip), Jay Abraham, and others.

When I occasionally mention my association with these names in passing, most people look at me like “SO?”, as if I was bragging about knowing pop music star. There’s a BIG difference they don’t realize: In a strong economy, most people (rich or poor) improve their financial situation. In a lousy economy like this one, the rich get MUCH richer (because they have means to snatch up great opportunities), and the other 99% of people suffer. Unless you are already wealthy, you need to associate yourself with successful, wealthy people as they ascend, and get involved or piggyback on their deals in a way that makes them wealthier.

So I decided that for 2011, I want to invest my time helping other successful people become even more successful, by bringing them together in a forum where they can network and mastermind with other “A” Level Players like themselves, and enjoy even more success. SOCALCIA will be the catalyst for this.

NOTE: If you do not yet have a track record of success or are having financial challenges, we will be conducting “no charge” training webinars on a regular basis designed to help people with little to no money generate cash and cashflow A.S.A.P. The strategies that will be revealed to you on these webinars are many of the same systems used by the wealthy successful people who comprise our membership.
